Voir tous les avisJessica is so so kind! This was my first ever barre class. I was very nervous, and she helped me through the whole thing in a gentle, encouraging way. This class in particular worked on all major muscle groups, so my legs, abs, arms, etc., did not get too fatigued to the point I couldn’t complete the full range of exercises. I’ll definitely do this again!
