Voir tous les avisI loved this class. It had such a great flow and it was great for all levels. Jodi was a great calming teacher and I loved her guidance of the class. I loved that it was a completely silent room once you go in. Great shower area and great location if you want a walk around green lake after. Overall peaceful but refreshing and awesome!

Voir tous les avisCame in not knowing what to expect as it was a pop-up, and Kat made the absolute MOST of our time! Great variety, definitely a good workout, offered adjustments for different levels, and such skilled instruction. Fabulous music too.

Please arrive on time!!! Doors will close at the beginning of class and late arrivals…Power Vinyasa + Sound Bath
Voir tous les avisI’m not trying to hurt anybody’s career or hurt any studio so I would not ever leave less than five stars but I would say this class is not titled correctly. It is not a power Vinyasa class plus sound bath. It is a qi jong class with a few downward dogs, and the last five minutes there is very loud New Age music being played which unfortunately drowned out the one lovely crystal singing bowl. I am sure the teacher is a master at what she does, but I was expecting a yoga class. Also, it was very hard for me to get over her first comment in one of the first poses when she said “ if you are a lady with wider hips, you might step your feet further apart”. I would really encourage non-gendered language, as well as avoiding language where there is the judgment of what is “wider” (and wider than who?) — there are many more ways to convey information that are non-harming. awesome thing about the studio is that they sell tall grass, bakery scones!

Voir tous les avisSweaty challenging class! Super burn workout, but easy modification can be made to accommodate your level. Anytime movements are done with a band or weight, you could opt to not use the prompt but still get an excellent burn especially if you are a beginner like me.

Voir tous les avisAs someone who doesn't sweat easily, I was out of breath and dripping 5 mins into the class. Make sure to wear shorts and a tank, the heated room makes you work real hard! Burned over 400 calories by end of the class which is my personal best and I sweat buckets. So fun!!

Voir tous les aviskatelyn was amazing! she did the entire workout or at least 85% of it with the class so as a first timer to the heated environment + refresher for mat pilates moves, this was perfect. super challenging workout as well but very rewarding that leaves you very sweaty and sore! :) definitely one of my favorite classes ive taken in general this summer!

Voir tous les avisLove Molly! She’s an amazing instructor!!!! But I’m not sure the purpose of the new assigned mats system. It penalizes Classpass users because we can’t choose mats when we sign up. Also, a mat that I wanted was taken, but the person never showed up, so the mat was just empty the whole time. This has happened more than once already

Voir tous les avisExcellent class! Tulika was the first teacher of all I have seen in years, to emphasize the importance of reducing sensory stimuli to enhance our practice, grounding it into the original principles of Yoga. Class was fun too. The group is small which makes it easier to take space and experiment with advanced poses. I would like to make it a regular class.

Voir tous les avisLoved how we flowed throughout the whole class while pausing to hold poses for an adequate amount of time. Katrina was lovely and incorporated muscle groups that we wanted to focus on. I will say the room was definitely way hotter than most hot yoga studios I’ve visited, wouldn’t stop me from going again but good to know especially during the summer months haha. And FYI, go earlier than you think - at least in the evening time, parking was difficult!

Voir tous les avisThe studio was easy to find with easy parking in the lot on a Sunday evening. The space was clean with plenty of props, and it was both comfortable and pleasant with calming blues. The class was led by Amanda, who is congenial and kind and gave clear cues and provided accessible options. The format of the session flowed organically, and it was easy to follow along with the guided meditation. There were times to reflect internally, including journaling, and with each other. There were four students in the class, and it felt really cozy and intimate. There was a beautiful opportunity to feel supported in community at the end of the session. Rest and Reflect definitely lived up to the name!
