I enjoyed her dance class today as it was a good cardio work out session but most importantly, I got to learn new dance moves. Today’s song was very upbeat and I am grateful she paid attention to our learning pace. She also tried to explain the steps clearly and made us feel comfortable in our skin.

The instructor was very attentive and experienced, and she took the time to go around and check each student’s posture and positioning. Her instructions were clear, easy to follow, and made the class enjoyable even for a first-timer. The studio was also nice, clean, and very welcoming.

Voir tous les avisdo remember to wear leggings to reduce friction burns! class was challenging for a beginner who has never touched the hoop before. the moves were rather complex as there were many steps in one sequence. whilst the instructor did come around to help and offer guidance, due to the large class size there would be idle time which is not the most effective.

The email the team send is very useful, it brief us on how to locate the place with video direction and all the other details. Studio is small and minimalistic but has everything stated in the description. Today there’s another lady who booked the same slot. She’s so sweet. She helped me in setting up the spinning apparatus. Appreciate this kind lady. Highly recommend this practice place to those who like to recapped their learning in their aerial yoga class. Good vibes studio ❤️
