Mei was very kind and very caring, she talked me through the entire procedure and explained all the products that she was using on me. Voir tous les avisNo hard selling, and the staffs were very friendly and nice. I was able to communicate with the masseuse using simple English. The masseuse will use her own body weight to warm up your body, followed by a series of motion with lotion and ending it off with stretches. I had a lot of blockage, so she was trying to rub those out (painful but necessary). Will definitely be back again!

She was also very observant (placement of my shoe near the chair for me to wear after massage) and the place (prob being Japanese) takes customers seriously, such as having a cloth to cover our clothes if we mind and starting the time only after everything is set.

Masseur is experienced and checked in with me on whether i had areas to focus on. Do sound out if you want the massage to be harder or softer! I didn’t and masseur went hard, but all is well :)
