Voir tous les avisI came to Stretch U and experienced the Red light therapy bed, the contrast room, and a 40 minute stretch. The space was clean and organized. The owner was very kind and welcoming. Jomarie was my stretch therapist and changed how I felt after being sore from Pilates. I left pain free. I needed this full self care day because it made a SIGNIFICANT difference in my recovery. I will for sure be returning! Cannot recommend it enough!
