All super straight forward and open. Jakz was the barber that sorted me out, he was super friendly and straight forward. Had a great chat and allowed me to feel super comfortable and relaxed whilst getting my trim. He paid close attention to detail and made sure to clean me up nicely, as I shared especially I had a big event for the next day and I needed to look fresh! One of the guys gave me a bottle of water on my way out too which was a nice touch. I couldn’t recommend this place enough, deffo gonna be my new spottt from now!!

They really took the time to assess the condition of my hair, explained that it was quite dry, and recommended treatments that would actually benefit it rather than just rushing through the appointment. She gave me a great haircut, used a Nashi filler treatment and an additional hair mask, and my hair feels so much softer, healthier and shinier. I really appreciated her honesty and the care she took with my hair.
