Heat it, hand it to a French instructor credentialed in Rishikesh and Varkala, conduct it in English, and stage it on the 5th floor of Kamppi Center, and you have something quietly improbable — contemporary wellness as cultural collage, with no single origin to be foreign from. Yoga Nordic earns the layering. A thoughtful fit-out within a busy commercial complex: industrial-tuned ceiling — exposed HVAC, suspended acoustic clouds — softened by carved Indian doors, climbing greenery, clerestory glass, and a substantial bronze gong. Bright and acoustically calm despite the shell around it. Julie Lacombe taught Friday's 90-minute Hot Yin with the unhurried precision her training suggests — minimal cueing, extended breathwork, holds long enough to do the work the heat is meant to assist. I usually practice unheated; the crossover was worth it. Booked at 9 ClassPass credits with a €3 mat rental — fair value for the format and duration. Logistics worth knowing: reservations release 10 minutes prior to start, late entry is barred, and mat and towel rentals are available. Bring a change of clothes — the heat is real.

Voir tous les avisIch hatte eine richtig schöne Erfahrung bei SUNYOGA ✨ Die 90 Minuten waren einfach perfekt man kann komplett abschalten und gleichzeitig neue Energie tanken. Fatma ist eine unglaublich angenehme Trainerin ruhig, aufmerksam und erklärt alles sehr klar, sodass man sich direkt wohl und gut aufgehoben fühlt. Besonders schön fand ich, dass sie am Ende gesungen hat – sie hat wirklich eine Stimme wie ein Engel. Das hat mir extrem gut getan und war ein ganz besonderer Moment 🕊️ Ich gehe sehr gerne zu ihr und komme immer wieder gern hin. Ich hatte auch schon Erfahrungen mit Samadhi und Thomas – genauso herzlich und eine richtig schöne Atmosphäre. Was ich besonders schätze: Wenn ich mal etwas falsch mache, korrigiert sie mich liebevoll. Das hilft total und zeigt, wie viel Herz sie in ihre Arbeit steckt. Auch die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr schön und sauber. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder 🧘♂️💛
