Voir tous les avisI LOVED the class and the new concept. Please keep it!! Lara was also amazing!! Super good. One small advice: It gets really hot in the room quickly and the workout is tough. Maybe 1-2 fans in the corner would be great, as the air was quite bad quickly in the room. I was sweating in the warm up already. But again, the class was amazing 😍

Loved the fiery intensity of Yang leading into the quiet intensity of Yin and being accompanied by the immersive soundbath. My only critique would be that it's important to me to hear more of the Sanskrit asanas rather than just their English names.

Voir tous les avisIncredible! I’m a beginner when it comes to Rocket (not to yoga, though), and I had a very fun time. Saul is highly professional and attentive; he even helped me with my first wall-assisted handstand, even though I was super scared! (He basically lifted me on the way down because I got stuck). All the exercises were super interesting; you definitely won't get bored. It’s hard to find Rocket Yoga in general, and I’m so happy I found Saul's class! 🙏🏻

She creates a calm and welcoming atmosphere while making sure everyone is working with good technique. The class was challenging in the best way, and I left feeling stronger, more aligned, and full of energy. I would definitely take another class with her. Highly recommended!

Instruktøren var virkelig dygtig og gav en balance imellem guidance og frirum for justeringer efter eget behov. Dejligt, at der var variation iblandt deltagende, der gav en følelse af, at alle er velkommen. Også dejligt, at man kunne låne alt udstyr og hjælpsomme mennesker omkring, når man er ny til stedet!

Voir tous les avisCan really recommend Aranza‘s class! She is super nice, gives clear and kind instructions and offers creative transitions in her flows. She also checks for first timers, injuries and consent for hands - on corrections in the beginning of her class, which I find super important and sadly not always a given in berlin yoga classes.

Voir tous les avishighly recommend. really enjoyed this. I didn't fall asleep but it's basically show up,lay down and listen.and somehow eben my body felt better afterwards not only my mind? I don't have a lot of experience with sound baths (yet?), and I can imagine some people might feel nothing or I dunno don't like it, but I really really liked this class and the others around me said similar things as far as I heard.

Voir tous les avisDer Kurs war ein wunderschöner Start ins Wochenende. Das Studio befindet sich in einer sehr gemütlichen Remise im Hinterhof und ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Die Matten und das gesamte Equipment haben super Qualität. Hannah hat uns sehr gut durch die Praxis geführt. Besonders gefallen hat mir, dass sie bei vielen Asanas nicht nur erklärt hat, wie wir am besten in die Positionen finden, sondern auch hilfreiche Hands-on-Adjustments gegeben hat. Dadurch habe ich mich während der gesamten Stunde sehr gut begleitet gefühlt. Ich komme wieder :)
