She also checked in with me during the exercise to make sure it didn’t hurt my hand (as I had a minor injury with it). It was a challenging and sweaty session, and I felt very good after that.

The gusmaster even offered to guide people through cold plunging, which I didn’t hear anyone do before. The lord of the rings music was a cherry on top.
