I really appreciate the structure of her classes and the variety of exercises she offers, which always make me break a sweat and leave me feeling strong by the end of the class. I also love the Sol studio, which is clean and comfortable, and a big bonus is the availability of showers and fresh towels!

Voir tous les avisThis was my first time trying a reformer class here, and it was fantastic. The instructor was so passionate and really knowledgeable, explaining everything professionally — perfect for anyone trying it for the first time. The facility was great too. They also have fewer reformers than other studios, so class sizes are smaller, which meant I got much more focused attention on correcting my form. Highly recommend! The location is great too — just a short walk up some stairs right outside the station. I got a bit lost trying to find it from the Lausanne Palace side, so I’d recommend coming from Flon station instead — much easier to find.
