Elle donne des instructions précises et passe auprès de chaque élève durant la leçon pour donner des conseils personnalisés selon les besoins et possibilités de chacun, ce qui est fort appréciable. Son cours va en progression pour chaque groupe d’exercices, ce qui est super pour intégrer le mouvement et augmenter sa complexité jusqu’à parvenir jusqu’à un mouvement circulaire qui se répète plusieurs fois. Grand travail de la mobilité, du placement et du contrôle et bon renforcement musculaire, le cours est très complet. C’était mon premier cours de Tower Pilâtes et certainement le premier de nombreux, merci !

The place is the very opposite of new, fashionable places which call themself “pilates” because of making people do mindless glute-targeting repetitions on a reformer.
