The session started with gentle, easy movements and gradually progressed into more challenging positions in a very natural and balanced way. The teacher’s voice is incredibly calming and supportive, creating a nice atmosphere throughout the practice. The class felt both grounding and empowering. Highly recommended.

Voir tous les avisIt was a great class. Selina was a good instructor. I feel I worked muscles I never knew existed 😅. The class is barefoot and with no air conditioner on these very hot days, it was difficult to stay in place. I think it would be helpful to wear the gripping socks
