Voir tous les avisThis was my first time at Kodawari and taking a yoga sculpt specific class and I have to say I was so thoroughly impressed and enjoyed it! Fatima at the front desk was so kind and showed me around, and the class itself was a burner! It was challenging, but still modifiable, for someone who has regularly practiced yoga there were similar foundational moves, but it was definitely more on the sculpt side. I’ve tried a lot of sculpt/pilates-esqu classes in this immediate area and I must say this was by far my favorite! It was very clear that Tammie the instructor knew what she was doing and as a student that’s what we come for! Will definitely be back!

Quinton explained the equipment to me and helped me get settled before start time. His instruction during class was very easy to follow and I did not have to look around the room for guidance. I had an amazing experience and would definitely go again!

Tatianna offered more advanced moves but always suggested modifications if necessary which was so helpful. can’t say enough good things about this studio.
