Only drawback is parking. If you don’t live in the area, the parking situation is a bit of a hassle, so be ready to walk a little or pay for parking.

You can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does and values her students' input. The workout itself was challenging, and the sequences were effective. Voir tous les avisI enjoyed this class so much. I have not worked out or stretched in years and had a bit of anxiety going into this class. Lara was so welcoming. I immediately could feel the peaceful positive energy she was exuding. She was gentle and patient and helped us with every pose and form. She went above and beyond to help me learn how to relax and also loosen my jaw to relieve tension. Not only was she knowledgeable in what was going on with my body, she added stories and humor during the class. It was wonderful. I will definitely continue to go to her classes. Thank you to Lara!

I did have a difficult time understanding the sequence of the workout and since I’m just a visitor it wasn’t explained clearly but the instructor does go around eventually and pays attention to each persons movement to help direct. I will be back ☺️ very fun!

She gave clear cues and helped my husband and I, who are new to yoga, with pose accommodations when needed. It was a good work out that ended with a nice cool down. Definitely recommend!
