The coach speaks English, which made the class easy to follow and really welcoming for beginners and foreigners. One of my favorite things was the atmosphere. Everyone cheered each other on and celebrated each other’s efforts, which made the experience even more enjoyable and motivating. Highly recommended!

Not related to the gym, but there was a strange old person telling you to go look at smartphone elsewhere if you look at your phone in between sets (At the time I haven’t occupied the machine for longer than 5 minutes, and he straight left without using it after I was done). So to foreign visitors maybe be prepared with some Japanese to deal with it.
