She conducted a skin analysis first and talked me through my skin issues. She’s very kind, really knowledgable and knows what she’s doing. Although it’s a hydrafacial session, Wendy catered it to my skin issues to get the most out of it. The space is very clean and well maintained. It was very soothing and I truly enjoyed every bit of it. My skin was shining by the end and it truly feels clean. I would definitely recommend this place and would go back again :)

As someone who’s only used outdoor saunas and cold plunges, it felt uniquely different in a very good way. The hour flew by and I left deeply relaxed switching from the sauna, shower, cold tub and then the red light therapy. I’ll definitely be back.
