It was a little difficult to hear the Christina’s directions over the music for most of the 1st half of the class, but I was able to follow what ppl who were clearly regulars were doing. Sometimes I was stating late though because I had to watch first as it was my first time. I think mics for instructors who want the music to really pump people up would be really helpful, it was a great playlist.

It felt slightly challenging, but not impossible. I definitely would come back again to hone my posture. Karen also does hands on correction; at the beginning of class you can opt out of it too! I really appreciate all the aspects of her class :-)
