The playlist was one of my favorite parts when it was hair wash time he gave the best head massage. This misleading and they charged me an extra dollar rather than $2. The service cost me 8 credits which is basically $16 and they raised their pricing to $18. I feel establishments need to work things out with Class Pass so customers know 100% what they're paying for before booking. Will most likely not return.
