Each station had about 2-4 different exercises that will leaving you dying (in a great way)! Manu was absolutely amazing at showcasing the exercises and making sure you knew what you were doing at each station plus she was checking for form and PUSHING you! I will definitely be back! 1000/10!

I'm recovering from an injury and I always feel like the classes are easy to modify. Ashley was amazing! It was a slower burn class, but I still feel like I got a great workout!She really stretches us out, and gives clear instructions on how to maximize the stretch. I liked her tempo, clear instructions and almost sterness in her voice. Thoroughly enjoyed the class, and will definitely check out her other classes.

I would prefer a degree or two cooler for temperature, with a more challenging flow BUT the instructor is kind, thorough, and gives great cues/corrections which balanced out the experience for me. I recommend Mel to anyone exploring hot yoga!

Everyone, including the staff, teacher, and other students were so friendly and welcoming. Annabelle is a great teacher and taught a really fun combination. Other intro hip hop classes at other studios usually do a warm up and then you are taught choreo to a song. This class focused on learning hip hop style movements (more like grooving) which I really enjoyed over being stressed about remembering choreo. I shall be back!

The technical instruction was thorough — clean explanations of turnout, weight placement, and how to prep for a pirouette but there was also room to play. Arms had options depending on your comfort level, same with the turns. Energy-wise, the music had drive, the combinations moved, and by the time we hit grand allegro across the floor the whole room was smiling and a little out of breath. But it never sacrificed precision for excitement — you left feeling like you'd actually sharpened something. Highly recommend for anyone who wants beginner ballet that respects your intelligence and gives you room to grow.
