She sets an intention at the start and leads you through a journey that melts away the whole workday. It’s exactly what I need to come back to myself. The class is the right amount of challenging, and I love how she guides you through each movement, gently correcting posture so you can practice better and safer. Just know this is not a super fancy place and my masseuse had to stop multiple times to help other clients and take calls. Also not very relaxing as it’s a bit loud and chaotic but if you’re fine with that and just really want a solid massage this place works!

One small note: I don’t think the Kerastase Fusio-Dose treatment is as customized when booking through ClassPass - there was less hair analysis / consultation, and more of a pre-selection for ClassPass clients (when you’re directly booking at places - there are usually a bunch of diff options stylists talking through for the concentré and booster). That said, it’s an excellent deal for the price, so it makes a lot of sense and keeps it affordable! And still great! Next time I may book directly for a more tailored experience, but I’d definitely return! 💜
