Voir tous les avisSuper goede Hyrox-les bij Lead Out Gym! Lars Benning geeft duidelijke en laagdrempelige uitleg, waardoor zelfs beginners meteen begrijpen wat ze moeten doen. Hij checkt ieders vorm, geeft tips die direct werken, en houdt de sfeer relaxed maar professioneel. De workout zelf was aanpoten (zoals het hoort bij Hyrox), maar door Lars zijn begeleiding voelde het veilig, gestructureerd en motiverend. Je merkt dat hij ervaring heeft met zowel beginners als gevorderden precies de instructeur die je wilt als je Hyrox wilt leren of verbeteren.
