Voir tous les avisI really enjoy how Kim teaches - she emphasizes meeting ourselves in the practice wherever we are. This makes the experience of doing yoga feel more personal and with less pressure to meet some kind of standard outside of our own body. I’m able to find both challenging myself and finding comfort in coming home to my body in this yoga practice. I also like her integration of sound (chimes, sometimes drum) during savasana.

Voir tous les avisI didn’t expect yoga could be like this too. It was like a mini workout! I loved it, towards the end I thought I was going to pass out, but I pushed myself after a long time. The instructor was amazing! It would surprise you, feel so good at the end!
