I came for pilates but they also had other amenities like plunge (which I wanna try!). Changeroom is tiny with the amount of ladies that are in there. Only two sinks. You have to wait some time as some are not considerate. I would come prepared to shower at home instead!

But personally some of the music was too slow tempo for the middle of class. music is essential for me “getting out of my mind” at jaybird and when I’m hot and sweaty the down tempo stuff was not getting me through. I also find a lot of her exercises continue into the silence after a song ends which can also be a bit jarring. But those are picky details! Loved the class overall

Voir tous les avisThe power was out but Maisie did an amazing job working with the situation! The moves were super challenging but I think the songs were a bit too fast for some of the movements. I also think she could’ve been a bit clearer when explaining combo movements… sometimes it changed halfway through. Also a little too heavy on the tippy toe work, quads were seizing. Overall really fun class though and I loved her energy!!

Voir tous les avisBeautiful class, Kevin is such a great instructor. Just a bit of feedback for one yoga - I find for many classes, during shavasana, someone ends up entering the studio. Despite their best efforts the noise carries a lot and can be quite disruptive. If possible, it would be amazing if shavasana was prioritized and people held off on entering the studio until after it ends. 😊
