The workout was definitely challenging, but it was still very doable as a beginner. I got a great sweat in and left feeling accomplished. The class was heated to about 90. I found it very well paced and a great balance of strength, mobility, and stretch. The instructors cues were specific and helpful. This was also a very sensory experience - we got the optional of essential oils at beginning and end, a lower back cream, eye masks for savasana, and a few hands on assists. I look forward to returning!
