She was constantly offering modifications and flexibility so that everyone could get what they needed out of the class. Not the hardest mat pilates class I've taken, but definitely one that felt very supported.

It is a special place, definitely my favorite yoga environment I’ve been to in Brooklyn - very understated, beautiful, and welcoming. The quick essential oil massage at the end is such a nice touch. It was a great slow flow to decompress and let go of the week and she did a great job at keeping every move very intentional and grounding. The space is super cozy and the adjacent lounge is awesome for chilling and grabbing a drink after class. Such an amazing community space with the best second-living-room feeling. I’ll be coming back!
