Voir tous les avisI really enjoyed this class! I did not know it was heated when I signed up cus it doesn’t say that anywhere (or I missed it) lol but I still liked it. I’ve taken heated classes before that are so hot I feel like I can’t do the workout or I’ll pass out but this one was perfect. I left a sweaty mess and felt amazing! Instructor and lady at the front desk was also so amazing ! Will be back!

Voir tous les avisGreat studio and friendly, experienced instructor. Power yoga had a nice flow — building lots of heat while have a good mix of strength and stretch poses. I came here during vacation and the studio had free mats and everything you needed to drop in for an energizing practice.
