Voir tous les avisThe class was really well led, Cristina gave corrections and clear instructions. I enjoyed the pace and difficulty, it wasn’t too easy or too hard, felt like a great mix especially during the heat wave. I would come back again :)

Voir tous les avisChristina is a fantastic instructor, you can tell by how well her long-time clients train. The class on Friday was a very classic Pilates flow, calm and precise. The place is the very opposite of new, fashionable places which call themself “pilates” because of making people do mindless glute-targeting repetitions on a reformer. So if you like flowy classes focused on precision, without loud music, lead by a friendly professional, it’s for you!

Voir tous les avisThe class was really fun, it was definitely on the more challenging side of the classes I’ve tried. It was a similar sweat level to some Lagree classes I’d say, but I loved it! The instructor Giorgi led the class really well, and I’d definitely come back :)
