Voir tous les avisThe best class I’ve ever been to! Britta has an distinguished teaching style that js both approachable and detail oriented so I felt welcomed and elevated. I like how she encourages us to focus on breathing and body’s awareness in movement. Her voice is rhythmic with precision in cuing. Really rare experience among other classes I’ve taken. Will come back and recommend to my friends who are also looking for great quality classes!
