Voir tous les avisWould definitely recommend Strength 45. Good energy, lots of hardworking friendly people, easy to fit in and get a great workout. Saturday version was a shocking amount of cardio (I normally lift weights and avoid cardio like the plague) but still had a good time.

Voir tous les avisThis place has everything you need to get a great workout on your own: squat racks, cable machines, plenty of free weights, weight machines, TRX, and all the cardio options I avoid. Definitely more people than I expected at 11am on a Thursday, but gym etiquette was fantastic. Everyone was respectful of others and the equipment, cleaned up after themselves, no one monopolizing machines, etc.
