Voir tous les avisGreat class. Very sweaty! very spicy! I almost brought a friend to his class who was a beginner and I'm kind of glad I did not. This class was not for the faint of heart. The flow was not complicated but if you didn't know postures, I can see this being a little difficult for someone green. That said I enjoyed it a lot!

Even though this is clearly a non-conventional offering in a brewery (exactly what I signed up for), she still helped me find my zen and I got way more zen benefits than I expected going into it. Such a fun class and experience! She led us through a great flow!
