Voir tous les avisWas going to be in the area and happened to find this place on Classpass… so glad did! The receptionist and instructor were lovely. I like that it’s an authentic studio rooted in traditional yoga. They have a beautiful space inside and the energy is very peaceful. Will be going back :)

Voir tous les avisThe class pass description says you can follow along with Molly or do your own flow and Molly wasn’t there/there was no instructor to follow along with - you’re really on your own. That being said, if you have a good yoga practice and no problem doing your own flow - it was awesome. Adam started us off with guided breathwork and his DJing was great. Lesley did come around to help deepen stretches at times and led us through an amazing yoga nidra at the end. Really cool experience and great space with great vibes but I would probably like to deepen my yoga practice before I feel fully comfortable coming back to this specific class.
