Voir tous les avisGreat class. Very sweaty! very spicy! I almost brought a friend to his class who was a beginner and I'm kind of glad I did not. This class was not for the faint of heart. The flow was not complicated but if you didn't know postures, I can see this being a little difficult for someone green. That said I enjoyed it a lot!

She assists, is hands on (which I love also), will give suggestions & modifications, and considerate. Asks if it’s okay to touch & if anyone has any scent allergies— like hello yes thank you for being so thoughtful! 👏 anyways… support local businesses, I’ll def be back
