Voir tous les avisI’ve been going to Upstate Geelong for the past 8 months, and May Fox is by far my favourite instructor for Hot Pilates and Hot Power Flow. I absolutely love her energy, empowering voice and the way she keeps everyone motivated during class. Every session is challenging and so enjoyable. I always leave feeling amazing!

Voir tous les avisThe class was well structured and all sequences flowed nicely into one another. There were moves that I wouldn’t normally see in a class that I really enjoyed and challenged me. I definitely felt the burn from start to finish (in a good way!). Milly has a great energy and kept me motivated for the entire class. She provided clear verbal instructions as well as demonstrations where needed.
