Voir tous les avisI’ve been going to Upstate Geelong for the past 8 months, and May Fox is by far my favourite instructor for Hot Pilates and Hot Power Flow. I absolutely love her energy, empowering voice and the way she keeps everyone motivated during class. Every session is challenging and so enjoyable. I always leave feeling amazing!

Voir tous les avisI really enjoyed this class as it offered multiple modifications and challenges. And the space is absolutely gorgeous! Only downside was the wifi cutting out every now and then, resulting in the video stopping and having to wait for it to resume, but otherwise it’s great!
