I usually don’t feel very challenged in most classes this one was definitely by the far the best I’ve taken and they had a variety of different classes as well.

She gives clear directions and great cues with countdowns so you know what’s next and how much time left ! It was a well planned class with a great flow. April had dope music and an overall amazing energy and vibe!! This class was great! No complaints! I’ll definitely be back!! Also.. need to mention…. heated classes are not for the weak!!

Voir tous les avisi wasn’t sure if i would enjoy the virtual teacher thing as i’ve tried it a couple times in the past and it’s never worked for me. but something about the space and the video i chose really worked! the front desk person set me up well, i was the only person using the room and was sweaty after a 30 minute vid. i’ll be back!
