Voir tous les avisI love love loved this gym, the class, and the instructor! It is so great for women who want to get into lifting but are shy/intimidated/scared of gym culture. It’s so supportive and they really teach you good technique to prevent injury. It felt just like having a private gym for me and a group of girlfriends with a personal trainer. Loved it!!

Voir tous les avisThis class was a nice change from usual Sculpt classes I’ve taken at CP - fast-paced and lots of different exercises with quick transitions. Challenging but kept it interesting and engaging! Would love to hear more female artists on the playlist as it felt a bit male-centric.
