Voir tous les avisPlease disregard the one star review because the directions were fine for me. Sara was AWESOME! She prepared blocks and straps for us and in the end she brought out aromatherapy (so unique!) The class setting was beautiful, sunset, palm trees, ocean waves. What more could you ask for? Don’t worry if you are a beginner because Sara guides us gently and with support and modifications. This was a wonderful class, I’ll definitely go again.
