Sama Sanctuary
Centrum II Building, Salcedo Village, 150 Valero, Unit 201, Makati CityWarrior Flow
Voir tous les avisIt was my first time trying their yoga class, and my first impression was positive. I liked the space as it was large enough to move comfortably. I also appreciated that the instructor tried to explain the poses step by step, though at times the instructions were a bit hard to hear given the size of the space. Just to give others an idea, this class may not be ideal for beginners, so it’s good to note that. But overall, it was a really good stretch!

Voir tous les avisThe flow of the session was very intentional, from grounding breathwork at the start, smoothly transitioning into focused quad, glute, and ab exercises, and ending with a calming stretch to release tension. Everything felt well thought out and balanced, leaving me both energized and relaxed after class. The studio itself is clean, minimalist, and very pleasing to the eyes, with great air-conditioning that keeps the space comfortable throughout the session. For an even better experience, a bit more spacing between mats would be nice, especially during movements that require wider arm ranges. I also noticed that the floor had a slightly sandy or grainy texture in some areas, possibly from fine dust, so a quick refresh before class could make it feel even more polished. Overall, it’s a well-structured and enjoyable class with Coach Kaara. Definitely something I’d come back to!

The Reformation Club
The Reformation Club, Unit A3 Noble Place, Dasmarinas Street, Binondo, ManilaMulti-level
Voir tous les avisThe session had a nice, steady flow that felt grounding which made it easy to stay focused on form and control throughout. I appreciated the structured pacing and how Coach Anne guided us through familiar foundational movements that really helped reinforce the basics. Since it was a multi-level class with a mix of beginners and regulars, the energy felt more inclusive and accessible, which is great for those who are still building confidence in their practice. One thing I’d personally love to see in future sessions is a bit more variation in intensity for multi-level classes, just to keep things extra challenging for returning students. Also, it would be even better if late arrivals are only allowed within a short grace period, as entering once the class has started can disrupt focus and flow of the session. Overall, still a solid class and a good reset for the body especially if you’re looking for something controlled, mindful, and form-focused.

Voir tous les avisIt’s my first time trying ClassPass and honestly, I haven’t been taking care of myself as much as I should lately. This class definitely got me sweating and struggling, but in a good way! Masha was attentive, helping correct my form and offering modifications whenever I needed them. As a beginner, I never felt intimidated or out of place. The atmosphere was welcoming, staff was also kind, and I left feeling accomplished and energized. I’d love to come back again!
