Voir tous les avisfirst class! amazing routine. I was done mostly on a mat with bands, sliders. light weights. I was sore the next day. Instructor did not use a mic so l, but she had a loud enough voice ☺️. Small class size, about 10 women. And a cute space. street parking was available.

She’s so sweet motivating and in my opinion she don’t play! 😅 she will guide you through class and if you don’t feel like you can conquer the world after idk how not! 💁🏽♀️ I will be in her class whenever I have a day off! This was my second class with her and I can’t wait to get back in another one!

Voir tous les avisChallenging class but I was able to keep up even with minimal experience. She was an amazing instructor, she emphasized listening to your body, encouraging breaks, and offering different levels to challenge yourself. Her cues were easy to follow, will definitely be back soon!
