She’s so sweet motivating and in my opinion she don’t play! 😅 she will guide you through class and if you don’t feel like you can conquer the world after idk how not! 💁🏽♀️ I will be in her class whenever I have a day off! Voir tous les avisChallenging class but I was able to keep up even with minimal experience. She was an amazing instructor, she emphasized listening to your body, encouraging breaks, and offering different levels to challenge yourself. Her cues were easy to follow, will definitely be back soon!
