Voir tous les avisFor me, this class is at exactly the right level--I'm challenged but not so much that I am filled with animosity and decree never to come again. Which has definitely happened to me before 😬. On the contrary, I have now been 3x. P.S. I slept nine+ hours after this session. Worn out in the best way! P.P.S. BRING A SWEAT TOWEL FOR YOUR FACE.
