Coach Sal is incredibly knowledgeable, and even though I struggled because my conditioning is in the gutter, he was supportive and encouraging. Everyone was so nice and Taylor took her time to show me how to do all of the moves before the class started so I wouldn’t hurt myself or be completely lost once the workout began!! And they had the CUTEST PINK BOXING GLOVES for sale for only $25, I love my new gloves!!! ☺️💗 I’m so super sore but in the best way possible!!! I will 100000% be going back soon!!!

I’m a Pilates girl trying to lift heavier and my form is definitely lacking but the instructor was super helpful and supportive in getting me to get the most out of the workout. We did a quick warmup, then two different 10 min sets, then a 5 min finisher of all booty-focused work. It was HARD in the best way. Can already tell I’ll be sore tomorrow. 🍑
