They provide you with all the equipment necessary and the teacher explains everything extremely well. one of the most intense classes I've ever been to. Plus, the showers are super comfy, and they have all the toiletries you might need. Amazing!

She also checked in with me during the exercise to make sure it didn’t hurt my hand (as I had a minor injury with it). It was a challenging and sweaty session, and I felt very good after that.
