In my experience this is by far the best pilates in Stockholm on Classpass, especially for anyone who is into real pilates that leans on classical pilates, and perfecting form - rather than using a reformer as aerobics equipment. These classes are demanding, but she motivates everyone to do their best. Her classes are always booked to the max (for reason), but she still manages to see everyone. Personally I have seen huge improvements, even as I frequent her classes only weekly.

Krasina ist wirklich außergewöhnlich gut. Ihre Stunde ist anspruchsvoll und fordernd, gleichzeitig merkt man bei jeder Übung, wie durchdacht und effektiv das Training ist.
