Voir tous les avisDezeray was a great instructor. This was my first time at this location and she really helped me get adjusted. The whole staff was friendly, the facility and the reformers were clean. I liked the music choice as well. I would recommend this location.

Voir tous les avisThis particular class felt beginner level but it’s so incredibly hot in the room, that it was honestly ok. I would prefer a degree or two cooler for temperature, with a more challenging flow BUT the instructor is kind, thorough, and gives great cues/corrections which balanced out the experience for me. I recommend Mel to anyone exploring hot yoga!

Other than that a solid challenging workout in a gorgeous studio with ample amenities. Aubrie was really good at coming around and correcting form when needed. Looking forward to returning!

She has spicy variations for each move, yet also offers modifications to meet you where you're at. Her cues are clear and she gives individual attention to each client, correcting our form or motivating us to go deeper into the moves. I've been doing lagree for 3+ years but haven't felt challenged like this in a while. So refreshing!!
